Chief Executive Officer
CEO of SiEnergy, June Dively brings more than twenty six years of experience in forensic accounting and litigation consulting services. In her role as CEO, Ms. Dively advises SiEnergy’s Board of Directors, motivates her employees and drives change within the organization. Ms. Dively also presides over the organization’s daily, monthly and annual operations.
Ms. Dively is a professional accountant with extensive experience in a variety of industries, and has held senior financial management positions in both private and publicly held entities. Ms. Dively is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), is a Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Accounting (FABFA) and holds Diplomat Status with the American Board of Forensic Accountants. As a forensic professional, she has been recognized as an industry expert, providing testimony across numerous jurisdictions related to regulatory and other financial issues.
Ms. Dively began her career in the natural gas industry in 1994 with Southern Union Company, before founding a consulting firm in 1996 to provide services exclusively to natural gas utilities. In 2003, Ms. Dively founded Dively & Associates to provide services to the natural gas industry from wellhead to burner tip. In 2007, she became CFO for SíEnergy before accepting the CEO position in 2011.
Ms. Dively holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Data Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as many accreditations and professional certifications.
Vice President of Business Development
Daniel Pope serves as SiEnergy’s Vice President of Business Development, where he is responsible for growing the organization’s business through the identification and nurturing of active, key partnerships with developers, home builders and consumers to support the organization’s mission to provide premium natural gas services to top-rated communities in Texas.
Mr. Pope began his career first in real estate while attending The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, he worked in various aspects of residential and commercial real estate and then owned a successful construction company that built and sold speculative homes in western Travis County, Texas, before joining SíEnergy in late 2011.
Mr. Pope literally grew up around the oil and natural gas industry, spending much time on the rigs of his family-owned drilling company in south Texas. When given the opportunity to marry his background in oil and natural gas with his real estate experience, Mr. Pope took advantage of the natural union.
Vice President Engineering & Construction
Julie Myhre is charged with overseeing all engineering functions of our organization in support of business development and operations divisions. Ms. Myhre joined SiEnergy in 2015 after more than 25 years working in a variety of industries including local government, non-profit, and environmental consulting. In the past, she served as the Texas and Oklahoma CHP Program Manager for the Department of Energy’s Technical Assistance Partnership. She was the Energy Management Analyst for the Hawaii County Department of Water Supply on Hawaii Island where she developed renewable energy projects for the water distribution system. She has over 15 years of environmental compliance for natural gas pipeline construction in the midwest.
Ms. Myhre has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Paul Kennedy has over 19 years of experience in natural gas distribution and has managed various operational aspects including Engineering, Construction, Inspection, Dispatch, Service, Pressure Control and Compliance. His leadership has been key in the success of one of the fastest growing natural gas companies in Texas from a startup position to over 100,000 meters and 1700 miles of pipe in less than 18 years. Paul’s well-rounded knowledge of Operations and Compliance has resulted in zero pipeline safety violations throughout his tenure. His level of expertise in the industry has also allowed him the opportunity to be a valuable authority in areas such as Business Development, Right of Way Acquisitions, Franchise Negotiations, and Rate Cases. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Gas Association.
Chief Financial Officer
Kenneth Lynch is a strategic, senior-level financial and operational executive with extensive experience in publicly traded, regulated and privately held organizations. He has created, coached and led successful multi-disciplined teams that strive to understand the drivers of operating results and the enterprise-wide exposure to risk in order to optimize performance, maintain sufficient liquidity and shape strategies. He has partnered with other members of the respective executive teams to lead the negotiation, financing, and integration of more than $2.0 billion of acquisitions in the energy space. Mr. Lynch has also been responsible for ensuring compliance with all financial reporting and tax requirements, communicating results and expectations to stakeholders and minimizing the impact of physical and cyber security risks on the business. Mr. Lynch is a strategic advisor, business partner and mentor with significant Board level relationships.
General Counsel & Vice President Risk Management
Dan Croll is SiEnergy’s General Counsel and Vice President of Risk Management, overseeing all legal, contracting, risk and compliance matters for the company. Mr. Croll began his career as a corporate transactional attorney first in Atlanta, Georgia, and later in Houston, Texas with of the world’s largest corporate law firms. His private practice focused on M&A and general corporate and transactional matters for clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, including the technology and energy sectors. Prior to his role at SiEnergy, Mr. Croll spent eleven years working for one of the nation’s largest natural gas producers in positions of increasing responsibility, including both legal and non-legal leadership roles.
Mr. Croll holds a BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a JD from the Duke University School of Law.
